To track a shipped order, click on the Order Status link on the Account Info page (click link above and log in with your user information). Then go to the "To view multiple and shipped orders" section, make sure the pulldown is set to show "Only shipped order", adjust the dates if necessary and click Submit. (The Purchase order number field can be left blank.) Follow the instructions on the next screen.
